CIRCUS COFFEE

The CIRCUS store was renovated from a century-old machiya. One of the shop owners, Ryo Watanabe, is a master of Japanese quality-certified coffee bean identification and product design. He collects coffee beans from all over the world to Japan and roasts them using his own method, producing small quantities each time to maintain the freshness of the coffee beans.
