They use hot air and low-temperature roasting to minimize the burden on the coffee beans, so the aftertaste is extremely refreshing and the bitter taste is reduced. The shop is located in the basement of the bustling Kawaramachi Shijo. It is elegantly decorated and the coffee is brewed by handsome baristas in neat suits.
