The founder of Latteart Junkies Roastingshop, Tsuyoshi Onishi, is a barista who has won numerous latte art awards in Japan and abroad. He is an expert in selecting green beans, roasting and extracting. The coffee beans used here are supplied twice a week by Kuramaguchi's own roastery, so there is always freshly roasted coffee.
