Kyo-Yuzen is a pattern dyeing technique that originated during the Genroku period.
The history of katazome yuzen began in the Meiji era, when these methods were widely used for dyeing kimonos. We have inherited this tradition and still make dyeing molds in Kyoto.
Products of the tableware interior brand "Sancai" embody the essence of katazome yuzen. While utilizing their skills and experience as a mold shop, they will continue to manufacture modern life products that many people are familiar with.
