The Cerafilter, a paper coffee filter that has been in use since 1908, was developed through trial and error with the idea that Japanese technology could bring innovation to the world of coffee. Japan's only patented fusion technology coffee filter.

Beyond Coffee

The invisible fine mesh removes impurities so you can enjoy full-bodied beverages with less unpleasant tastes and harsh flavors. If you pour tap water, you can use it instead of a water purifier. In addition to coffee, it can also be used for green tea, black tea, shochu, etc.

The company's Arita ware is produced in Arita Town, Saga Prefecture, and has a history of more than 400 years since the Edo period.

Three Rivers Co., Ltd. sells "Cerafilter" coffee filters made with patented technology while preserving traditional Arita ware manufacturing.

[About daily care]

A Cerafilter is a coffee filter that can last semi-permanently with proper care.

After regular use, if coffee grounds and impurities clog the filter and become difficult to pass through, you can clean it with water, but hot water cleaning is more effective.

*Avoid washing with detergents, etc.
*Please do not use the dishwasher.

1. Throw away the coffee beans in the Cerafilter

Turn the Cerafilter upside down to remove the coffee from the filter. If the coffee dries, it will be difficult to remove, so throw it away as soon as possible.

2. Wash with water

Rinse the Cerafilter with water. Rinse thoroughly to remove any coffee grounds. Do not use a brush or metal brush as the filter will be scratched and deteriorate.

3. Hot water

Place the cerafilter in hot water to remove the oils from the coffee. When the color fades, it's done. When storing, let it dry naturally before putting it away. Otherwise it may cause mold, etc.
