El Salvador Santa Elena

This is a small batch of coffee grown by Fernando Lima on a plantation in the Apaneca-Iramatepeque mountains in El Salvador, coming from a few century-old trees scattered across the plantation. The grapes were pulped to reduce mucilage as much as possible and fermented wet in ceramic tanks. The cup exudes a sweet and elegant gorgeous honey aroma, a grape-like fresh taste and a balanced flavor, which is a delight.

Ethiopia Benti Nenqa Washed

This batch of METAD coffee is unique in Ethiopia and is strictly controlled from seedling to traceability. Fresh and tangy peach flavor with juicy cranberry notes. As it cools, it has a rich lavender flavor and a beautiful pineapple sweetness. It’s a luxurious drink with the simple yet complex flavors of a fine white wine, and a long, clear finish.
