The owner taught himself how to roast coffee and opened his own roasted coffee shop, Shiro-Neko, in 2013, mainly selling acid-free dark roasted coffee beans. If high-quality coffee beans are roasted properly, the bitter taste will never be prominent. This coffee has a rich taste and aroma reminiscent of bitter chocolate, with a hint of bitterness and sweetness that only a dark roast can achieve.
