In Sawara, a "Little Edo" town that still retains its old townscape, the self-roasted coffee shop "Coffee Tamazawa" opened in 2019. The owner was born and raised in Sawara, a city rich in history and culture, and has lived in diverse Australia for about 20 years. He hopes to create a comfortable store where people of all ages and races can gather together.
