Kimito Coffee Prefectures | Region: Shiga The owners, Mr. and Mrs. Ogawa, experienced years of hard work in a hot spring inn, found tranquility in a coffee shop, and decided to learn in a coffee shop in Tokyo while preparing to open a shop. They then used crowdfunding to exceed their expectations and returned to their hometown of Shiga during the 2021 epidemic. They opened their own coffee shop on the shores of Lake Biwa, offering a rich selection of coffee from light roast to dark roast.
